+ How does it work?
It’s simple: pack your stuff and tell us where to pick them up. We’ll store them while you’re gone, and return them to your new location when you’re back on campus!
+ Do I need to tell you how many items I have before my pickup?
No! We will record the quantity and type of items that your store with us, then charge your card accordingly after we pickup your items.
+ What about pricing?
We will re-charge the credit card on file from your reservation. Once we pick up your items, you will be charged for the duration of storage. Please note that summer term storage is four months.
+ Where do you store my stuff?
Greenbox Storage leases a safe, secure, and storage warehouse located a few miles from campus.
+ How does insurance work?
All items are handled with extreme care, and every item is insured for up to $100 of value in the case of any accidental damage.
+ Can I store something that is not listed on your website?
Yes! If you have items that are not on our storage page, feel free to contact us for pricing.
+ Is there a weight limit?
There is no weight limit for any items.
+ How should I label my storage items?
Every storage item should be labeled with the word "STORAGE," your name, and an item count (ex. If you have nine storage items, label them 1/9, 2/9, 3/9, etc.)
+ Do I have to be at my dorm building when you do my pickup?
While this is not required, we recommend that your stay by your belongings outside your dorm building until we pick up your items. Please note that if you leave your belongings, we are not responsible for lost or missing items before your pickup.
