Pickup

  • Yes! If you are close to campus, there is no fee for an off-campus pickup. The farther you are from campus, the more expensive your Custom Pickup Fee becomes.

  • While we can’t 100% guarantee a pickup with less than 72 hours notice, we will almost certainly be able to accommodate you. Please create a Greenbox Account, then email: support@greenboxstorage.org to see if your pickup is possible. You may be subject to a $75 Late Pickup Request fee.

  • We recommend that you do not request your pickup date on the day that you leave campus. Unforeseen delays may arise that could cause you to miss your bus, flight, or other travel arrangements. We are not responsible for compensating you for any extra costs you incur.

    If you do request your pickup on the day you leave campus, please be present during your pickup. If you leave your items unattended, we will still pick them up. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

    Additionally, we may not be able to pickup your items at the exact time that you’d prefer. If you request your items to be picked up on our Main Pickup Day, you can elect your preferred time slot on your Greenbox Account.

    However, you can opt for a Priority Pickup which means you can elect to have your pickup occur during a two hour time slot on our Main Pickup Day. There will be a $97 fee for any Priority Pickups.

  • Your school has a specific Main Pickup Day that corresponds with the end of your semester. If you’d like your items picked up outside your Main Pickup Day, you may be subject to a one time $59 Custom Pickup Fee. There is a fee for this service because we must hire and arrange a moving team solely for your pickup.

  • We are unable to give you a more specific pickup time frame due to unforeseen issues such as traffic, weather, and other delays. However, you can opt for a Priority Pickup which means you can elect to have your pickup occur during a two hour time slot on our Main Pickup Day. There will be a $97 fee for any Priority Pickups.

  • Please send us an email to: support@greenboxstorage.org as soon as possible! A $75 Late Change Fee may be charged. We cannot 100% guarantee any late change request.

  • No worries! Please leave your items outside your dorm building prior to your pickup. After your items are picked up, you will receive a notification. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items before your items are picked up.
