Pricing and Billing

  • Our service is extremely affordable! We charge “per item, per month” which means that you only pay for what you store. Please check out our Pricing page for our pricing.

  • Your Storage Reservation secures your access to our hassle-free service.

  • After your items are picked up, the card on file will be charged for your first monthly payment. You will be charged each month for the duration of your storage period. Please note that the summer storage period is considered four months.

    We can store your items for any length of time that you’d like. However, you will be charged for a minimum of four months if your items are stored for a shorter period of time.

  • If your invoice is not paid within 5 days of its due date, you will be charged a $25 Late Payment Fee. For each additional day that your balance isn’t paid, an additional $5 will be added to your outstanding balance.

  • We can store your items for any length of time that you’d like. However, you will be charged for a minimum of four months if your items are stored for a shorter period of time.

  • Pickup and drop off is completely free on our Main Pickup and Drop Off Days. These days can be found on our Storage Sign Up page. Any pickup or drop off outside these dates will incur a $59 Custom Pickup / Drop Off Fee. This is only a one time fee.

  • After placing your order, you’ll receive a unique referral code. Each time your code is used, you will receive a $25 discount. The person you refer will also receive a $25 discount.

  • Please call us at: 424-417-2202 to request a cancellation. Please note that cancellations requested five days or less from your requested pickup date will not be provided a refund for the $25 Storage Reservation Fee.

    For example, if your campus’ Main Pickup Day is May 15th, the last day to request a refund is May 9th.

  • To receive a refund, you must talk on the phone with a Greenbox Representative.

    All refunds that are requested greater than five days before your requested pickup date will be approved. Refunds requested five days or less from your requested pickup date will not be approved.

    For example, if your campus’ Main Pickup Day is May 15th, the last day to request a refund is May 9th.

  • No problem! We can store your things for under a month and you can avoid the four month minimum storage term. For storage, you will be charged either $150 or the total storage cost for each item stored, whichever is greater.

  • If you miss any of your payments, no worries! We will send you an email reminding you to update your credit card information.

    If we cannot charge your card and capture your payment within three days of our correspondence, you will be charged a $25 late fee plus $5 per day that we cannot capture payment.
