Your items are stored in a safe, secure, and dry storage facility nearby campus. We are not able to disclose the exact location due to liability purposes.

To set up delivery, you can log into your Greenbox Account and schedule your drop off. We ask that you make changes at least 72 hours prior to your arrival on campus. If you need to change your drop off within 72 hours of drop off date, you must email us at: admin@greenboxstorage.org and may be subject to a $75 Late Change Fee.

We offer insurance up to $100 for each item stored. Please note that an “item” is a box, plastic bin, mini-fridge, or any other item listed on our Pricing page. The $100 insurance is not for each item inside of an item listed on our pricing page.

No! We will take inventory of what you’ve stored after we pick up your items. Feel free to store as little or as much as you want.

Yes! Feel free to change your date on your Greenbox Account up until 6 days before your scheduled date. If you need to change your date within 5 days or less from your pickup or drop off date, you must email us at: support@greenboxstorage.org and may be subject to a $75 Late Change Fee.
